Description:  Christina will provide an annual review of recent developments in patent law, including summaries of the high-profile patent cases decided at the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, along with a discussion of recent developments in the areas of subject-matter eligibility, patentability, infringement, PTAB practice, and damages.

About Our Speaker: Christina McCullough is partner at Perkins Coie in Seattle, WA, where she serves as the vice chair of the patent litigation practice.  Christina’s practice is focused on patent litigation, appeals, and commercial litigation, and related counseling for technology companies.  She has litigated matters in federal district courts throughout the United States and the Federal Circuit. Christina is a former clerk for Hon. Kimberly Moore, Circuit Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She also maintains an active pro bono practice representing veterans in obtaining service-related benefits and disability compensation.
