Brian Bodine will provide his annual review of recent developments in patent law, including summaries of the latest Supreme Court and Federal Circuit patent cases along with a discussion of what we can expect as the Supreme Court winds up its term.
BRIAN BODINE is a partner in the Seattle office of Lane Powell PC. He is a Registered Patent Attorney who has extensive experience litigating patent, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property related disputes. Brian is a past President of WSPLA and the past Chair of the IP Section of the WSBA. Brian is listed in Chambers USA and The Best Lawyers in America. He has twice been named Lawyer of the Year Trade Secrets Law Seattle by Best Lawyers in America (2017 and 2019). He is an avid amateur photographer who enjoys sports photography.
