Will Covey from the USPTO will discuss various aspects of professional responsibility and expectations for registered patent agents and attorneys. The discussion will include OED regulations that govern patent practitioners and selected scenarios from court cases and disciplinary proceedings. This is followed by Matt Martin, who will discuss the USPTO Pro Bono Program.
