The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center is holding a 3-day Online Mediation and Arbitration Workshop on 8-10 December, which we think may be of interest to members of WSPLA.
Free-of-charge, and convenient for participants in Europe and the Americas, for two hours each day the Workshop will cover:
- mediation and arbitration as options for resolving IP and technology disputes (including FRAND/SEP disputes);
- an industry view on dispute resolution;
- keys to drafting effective dispute resolution clauses; and
- the move to online meeting and hearings.
The Workshop is designed for IP and technology stakeholders, including mediators, arbitration and IP lawyers, in-house counsel, and patent and trademark attorneys.
