Jennifer Spaith, Vanessa Power, Nathan Brunette, Jonathan Barnard, and Austin Zuck will provide an annual review of recent developments in patent law, including summaries of the high-profile patent cases decided at the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, along with a discussion of recent developments in the areas of subject-matter eligibility, patentability, infringement, PTAB practice, and damages.
